Youth & Family Services
Empowering youth. Strengthening families. Building future leaders.
Youth and Family Services supports youth ages 10 to 21 through programs that promote academic growth, leadership development and personal success. With structure, mentorship and career exposure, youth gain tools to make healthy choices, build confidence and plan for what comes next.

Training and Education offers practical, current programs that lead to industry-recognized certifications and real-world job readiness. Participants build technical skills, soft skills and work readiness skills aligned with South Florida’s high-demand industries.
Popular training areas include:
Food service and customer service, supply chain operations, construction and safety and information technology.

Employment Services bridges the gap between job seekers and employers. Job seekers receive coaching, preparation and connections to employers hiring in high-demand fields. Employers receive support such as candidate recruitment, pre-screening, talent pipeline development and customized hiring events.

Social Enterprise provides paid transitional employment supported by coaching and supportive services. Participants build skills, confidence and work history while preparing for long-term employment. This pathway supports workforce reentry and people facing barriers to employment, while also meeting regional staffing needs through partnerships.
